SAFADECO Conducts Livelihood Training Program 2023

The efforts of the Technical Education Skills and Development Authority (TESDA) Trainer and Speaker Ms. Gina L. Mendoza accompanied by her Assistant, Ms. Irish Flores together with the Salvacion Farmers Development Cooperative (SAFADECO) in conducting a Livelihood Training Program entitles “Food Processing: Pili Nut Dessert”, to the chosen organization, the Bulabog Farmers Association (BUFA) was a tremendous success.

Cooperatives in the Philippines partake and offer a Livelihood Training Program. In terms of its principles, the cooperative provides education, training, and information. Also, for always looking out for our members’ best interests.

The Bulabog Farmers Association, or BUFA, was chosen as the recipient of the training. Mr. Epidio Jesalva, President of BUFA, and his members extended their thanksgiving to the TESDA and SAFADECO for providing them an opportunity to enhance and put their inherent abilities to practice in order to live and sustain better living.

In addition to the training, our Executive Secretary, Ms. Shaira Camille Janoras, gave her insights on teaching members about the cooperative and its vision.

The training was held last November 24, 2023 at the farmer’s gathering site.
