It’s never too late when it comes to reaching out! SAFADECO Castilla branch headed by OIC Branch Manager Michelle Arimado and Polangui Branch headed by its OIC Branch Manager JM Fronda joined the Brigada Eskwela 2022 Kick-off program of Mayon National High School and Kinale Elementary School.
Every year, SAFADECO joins “Brigada Eskwela” to assist the partner schools in their needs in preparation for the opening of the school year.
This year, SAFADECO focuses its donation on helping the infrastructure projects of the schools instead of donating cleaning materials. Both branches donated several sacks of cement which were happily received by the teachers, these cements will be used for the construction and repair of the schoolβs fences and (flooring) of the additional classroom in the school which students and teachers can use for the opening of classes.
Polangui branch also donated three latex paints for repainting the classroom roofs which are intended to add color and enhance the physical look of the school to make it more vibrant and child-friendly. SAFADECO is truly grateful to be part of the yearly Brigada Eskwela. It will continue to be a partner in the promotion of education as part of its goal to develop and empower not only its members but, more specifically the youth.
