This year marks the 102nd International Day of Cooperatives and the 30th UN International Day of Cooperatives, celebrated worldwide under the theme “Cooperatives Build a Better Future for All.” In line with the celebration of the 102nd International Day of Cooperatives, Sorsogon Cooperative Union and Safadeco Sorsogon-Branch united for a day of giving as they turned over donations to the Home for the Aged at San Juan, Roro, Sorsogon. Together with Tau Gamma Phi, SAFADECO Sorsogon Branch also hosted a food feeding activity in Sitio Baribag, Brgy. Bibincahan, Sorsogon City.
